About the Role
-Safely operate forklifts and front-end loaders to load and unload landscape materials
-Coordinate material orders and dispatch them to the appropriate delivery or pickup area
-Maintain inventory organization and cleanliness in the yard
-Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and office staff
-Assist in receiving shipments and organizing incoming stock
-Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
Requirements
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Minimum forklift experience required; ability to operate front-end loaders or similar equipment is a plus
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
