About the Role
-Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems (sprinkler systems, valves, controllers, drip irrigation, etc.)
-Diagnose mechanical and electrical system issues and perform timely repairs.
-Perform seasonal startups, winterizations, and routine service checks.
-Maintain accurate service logs, parts inventory, and customer communication.
-Work efficiently both solo and in team environments.
-Uphold safety standards at all job sites and manage tools and equipment responsibly.
Requirements
2+ years of irrigation technician experience preferred (residential and commercial)
Familiarity with Sabre, Hunter, Rain Bird, or Toro systems
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Physical ability to work in varied weather conditions and perform manual tasks

WE OFFER:
-Competitive salary range: $22 to $30 per hour (~$46,500 to $62,000 annually),based on experience and skill level.
-Entry-level / mid-tier: $22–$25/hr (~$46K–$52K)
-Experienced / lead tech: $26–$30/hr (~$55K–$60K+)
